Our experience is that most legal practitioners believe that the administration of a legal practice is a necessary evil and that they do not have the time to spend on this tedious, yet very important function. They also feel that an administration department is costly and is not fee paying, and therefore pay little or no attention to this area of their business. We have recognised this and have succeeded in bringing to you, (the legal practitioner) a very powerful legal administration system (Lawpac) at a VERY LOW cost.
The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), of 2000 gives you the right to access information that you might require for the exercise or protection of any rights. Once you’ve met certain requirements, you’ll be granted access to the information you require. The Act also requires private bodies (e.g. SOFTWARE PROMOTIONS C.C.) to compile a manual which will assist people who want to exercise their right to access to information.
